We operate multi-line SMT production with a monthly placement capacity exceeding X million components. Our infrastructure supports both medium-scale and high-volume manufacturing with stable output planning and optimized line utilization. This ensures we can handle large production commitments without compromising delivery timelines.

Our production lines support PCB sizes ranging from small form-factor boards to large industrial panels (up to X mm), optimized through panel guidelines. We handle: Multi-layer PCBs (up to X layers), Fine-pitch components, High-density layouts, BGA, QFN, and micro-packaged ICs. This allows us to manufacture everything from compact embedded boards to complex industrial control systems.

Our high-precision pick-and-place systems support component sizes from 0201 (or 01005 if applicable) up to large ICs and connectors. This capability enables dense, high-performance designs with design guidelines.

Manufacturing precision electronics requires an uncompromising approach to environmental stability. Our facility maintains ultra-clean conditions to ensure zero-defect production.

Our facility features a Class 10,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom environment with 100% ESD flooring. We maintain strict control over temperature (22°C ± 2°C), humidity (50% ± 10%), and airborne particulates to meet the highest industrial and aerospace standards.

We implement multi-stage contamination control protocols, including controlled access airlocks, mandatory ESD gear (coats, caps, footwear), and automated stencil cleaning systems. Continuous air filtration and specialized positive pressure systems ensure that the production area remains virtually free of contaminants.

Beyond the cleanroom environment, we utilize specialized ESD-safe storage and handling units. Our environmentally controlled raw material storeroom ensures that moisture-sensitive devices (MSD) are stored according to IPC/JEDEC standards, preventing latent defects and ensuring long-term reliability.
