By accessing or using the MINDRON Electronics website (mindron.in) and related services, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. • You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and MINDRON Electronics ("we", "us", "Company"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

All orders placed through our platform are subject to the following conditions: • Order Acceptance: An order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from MINDRON Electronics. We reserve the right to decline any order. • Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to change based on material pricing and availability. • Technical Review: Submitted design files (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place) are reviewed by our engineering team before production begins. We will notify you if any issues are detected. • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain products and PCB types may have minimum order quantities as specified on the product page. • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all design files, specifications, and order details are accurate. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect files or data submitted by the customer. • Order Modifications: Orders may be modified or cancelled only before production has commenced. Once production has started, modifications may incur additional charges. • Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

The following payment conditions apply to all transactions with MINDRON Electronics: • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and other payment modes as specified at checkout. • Payment Timing: Full payment or a mutually agreed advance is required before production commences on custom orders. • Invoicing: GST-compliant invoices are issued for all transactions. Applicable taxes (GST) are charged as per Indian tax regulations. • Late Payments: In the event of delayed payments, MINDRON reserves the right to pause services, charge interest on overdue amounts, or cancel the order. • Price Changes: We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time. However, confirmed and paid orders will not be subject to price increases. • Refunds: Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations or quality issues as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Refunds are credited within 7–14 business days. • Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

MINDRON Electronics follows rigorous standards in PCB manufacturing and electronic assembly: • Standards Compliance: We manufacture PCBs in accordance with IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, and other relevant industry standards unless otherwise specified. • Design for Manufacturability (DFM): We perform DFM checks on all submitted designs. Customers are notified of issues before production. • Quality Control: All manufactured boards undergo visual inspection, electrical testing, and where applicable, functional testing before dispatch. • Tolerances: Dimensional and electrical tolerances are as specified in our product datasheets. Custom tolerances must be clearly stated in the order. • Prototypes vs Production: Prototype orders are handled with care but may not meet the same quality verification level as production runs. Customers must verify prototypes before scaling to production. • Non-conforming Products: If delivered products are identified as non-conforming to agreed specifications, MINDRON will rework, replace, or refund the affected order after investigation. • Third-party Materials: If specific materials or components are supplied by the customer, MINDRON is not responsible for defects arising from such materials.

Our shipping policies are designed to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time: • Lead Times: Standard lead times are mentioned on each product/service page. These are estimates and may vary due to complexity, volume, or unforeseen circumstances. • Delivery Partners: We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, and other logistics providers. • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss/damage to products pass to the customer upon handover to the courier partner. • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery destination, package weight, and dimensions. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. • Delivery Address: MINDRON is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. • Delays: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control. • Damaged Shipments: Any damage occurring during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Our returns, rework, and cancellation policy aims to be fair and transparent: • Cancellation Before Production: Orders cancelled before production commences will receive a full refund minus payment processing fees. • Cancellation After Production: Orders cancelled after production has started are not eligible for a refund. Material and labor costs may apply. • Returns for Defects: Products with manufacturing defects or non-conformities may be returned within 15 days of delivery with proper documentation. • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-manufactured PCBs made to specific designs are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. • Rework Policy: We offer free rework for defects attributable to our manufacturing processes. Rework due to customer design errors may incur charges. • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a MINDRON manufacturing error. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MINDRON Electronics limits its liability as follows: • No Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. • No Warranty on Third-Party Services: We make no representations regarding the performance, availability, or reliability of third-party services, including payment processors and courier partners. • Force Majeure: MINDRON is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or pandemic-related restrictions. • Technical Errors: We do not warrant that our website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses. We make our best efforts to maintain uptime and security.

All content, design files, and intellectual property associated with MINDRON Electronics are protected: • Our IP: All website content, logos, trademarks, product images, and design content are the intellectual property of MINDRON Electronics and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. • Customer Design Files: You retain full ownership of your submitted design files (Gerber, BOM, etc.). By submitting files, you grant MINDRON a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for manufacturing your order. • Confidentiality: We treat all customer design files as confidential. They are not shared with third parties except subcontractors bound by NDAs. • Infringement: Customers must ensure that their submitted designs do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights. MINDRON assumes no liability for designs infringing on third-party patents or copyrights. • Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by MINDRON without obligation or compensation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India: • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. • Dispute Resolution Process: → Step 1: Informal resolution — Contact us at info@mindron.in to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days. → Step 2: Mediation — If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator. → Step 3: Arbitration — Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). • Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms limits or waives your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right.
